The dividend possibility remains unclear but as was stated in CER's 1.4c dividend announcement of 19 June 2008: "Under CER's constitution, taxable income is required to be distributed". No doubt we'll see write-downs in the report due in the last week of February but how much these, coupled with falls in rents, will reduce (eliminate?) taxable income remains to be seen.
