Once the dust settles their is little doubt in my mind that CER will be re rated back towards the 20-30c mark very quickly - the same goes for many other property trusts. Investing in bricks and mortar has always been my investing strategy (in Melbourne property anyway). Those that hold and purchase at these levels will be hansomly rewarded
