re: oversold rebound starting!!!chart Good morning all this i some thing i have come across, it has really blew me away. Basically it talks about the building of a new $16m facility in New York that is primarily aimed at providing mass diagnostic facilities in the case of a terrorism attack. It does mention, however, that it will also be used for other testing, including tuberculosis. It would be a resonable guess that such a facility would include a auto-ELISA macine, suitable for using the "In-Tube" test.

"The 20,000-square-foot Kips Bay facility, vented by a closed air-conditioning system that seals contaminants inside the building, also will be used to speed up test processing for naturally occurring diseases, including tuberculosis, AIDS, West Nile, SARS and pneumonia, said city health Commissioner Thomas Frieden."
