i agree, its a great trick.
the worry is, that if it faulters a single income stream,
especially, when it all depends on Phase 2.
Phase 1 is declining.
When its trotting along, without bucking its rider off, i think both stocks will definetly lift.
Just trying to have a balanced view, of why its discounted such.
Its not a bank, with a relyable earnings.
Its an oiler, with a single income, and the market needs to discount PE valuations on, what is the risk, that the pony gets sick.
