Mate you are wrong there. Read up on class actions. That was a big reason for me getting out at 1.30. There doesn't have to be any proof of neglect or intent. There just have to be proof of non disclosure. And that's already established as Joel has gone on record admitting to non disclosure.

Some good points in their on reputational damage for sure but you have ommitted a very significant word there re the class action - MATERIAL non disclosure. That is what any court action if it gets that far will hinge on and that is far from locked in.
