@spongebobby once the class action is lodge everyone from small to big investors will be included in the class action. In saying so, unless the big investors lodge document(s) to state they are not taking parts then they won't be excluded. In saying so, during this time it is very likely the big investors would purchase more and not sell.. if they sell now they will be capped and won't maximise the rewarded if the class action is successfully .
