Something else I thought of last night and fully intented to post about this morn was the possible hint by management in the last announcement. Had a snore and forget about it when I woke up.
Now I know company management are not allowed to state what they think the company sp should be. But I thought the following statement was as close as they could get to saying the sp should be higher.
"While disappointed in the recent share price decline, the Board is pleased to advise the market that no director has sold any of their current holdings, and some directors are taking the opportunity to increase their stake in the company."
Read into it what you will. IMO SSM management do not think the sp truly represents SSM's real worth and I believe the above quote illustrates that.
