Rookkie, I was surprised to read your comments that it "was pretty obvious the dump was going to be large."
Please could explain either technically or fundamentally how you back up this claim.
From my point of view, the technicals showed a test of 40c resistance on Mon, Tues and Wed, so the fact that it couldn't break thru and closed down each day, may have been of concern. Vols were slightly less. But I don't understand you assessed that the "dump" was going to be large on that day.
I read or misread that this action could mean a slowing of momentum with possible upthrust on Thurs. I've already posted previously what I think happened but would be interested in what you think.
Am following a few how these divi trades atm, trying to nut out how they work. BTW, am holding a parcel, and have traded the stock a number of times in the past few weeks.
