To add fuel to this bounce imagine if they release an ANN saying that they have received the remaining of the Chinese Debtor, the 3 Million From malaysia and the Malaysian contract is up and running again. Easily a $1 bounce then...
It remains a buy for me, they have 2 years worth of funds in the bank to keep them in operation without any profit from the consulting biusiness or the other contracts...
