James99, what exactly have they achieved in the past 12 months to make you think they are a very successful company?

From what I can see, no contract wins, the so-called china deal is a dud that was in place between 'china (aka AQISA)' and TPID back from 2004 and was to be apparently worth $US1.3 Billion to TPID. SSTY (sure trace security) is another dud brought to you by the likes of MacKay & villains, they also had a massive 'china' contract to provide anti-counterfeiting/security solutions back in 2006...
you should try to find out what happened there and you should be able to work out the direction Nexbis is headed towards.

Oversold? Overbought I reckon, and way past due for a correction to its true value (ZILCH).
