I can not for the life of me understand why this companies share...

I can not for the life of me understand why this companies share price has collapsed over the last month (17%)..i mean isn't anything greater than 20% considered a crash....and yet i look at the copper price and it is still over $3.0/pound, the US economy on the mend and China still growing......


THis has to be a screaming buy at 1.12....technically it looks like it could bounce strongly at 1.10 can someone with TA expertise confirm this (or not)...
