    Not sure what's going on. But it's looking cheap again. Might top up if it gets into the 28s. LEI is one of those "buy on weakness and go long" stocks imho.

    I've often wondered why Hochtief doesn't just take the whole thing private, they could easily snap up the remaining ~45% for less than $40 a share in the current market, and enjoy all the future upside.
