An unloved stock is the stock we need in our portfolio.
This stock seems to have been oversold, but in fairness, due to good reason. As long as we are being given accurate information, this seems to be a decent investment at this price.
With PXUPA holders finally getting their due rewards, one would anticipate that business is not only carrying on, but beginning to show signs of improvement.
PPX has managed to come through the GFC with lower gearing and a detailed focus on cost reduction - and paying distributions to PXUPA holders - a job well done!
This share price is not reflective of the business, it is a reflection of the market sentiment.
