Less supply should translate to higher prices.
The WA operations are not competitive with very high input AUD labour costs and a strong aussie dollar (1.075 today) not good for the export sales priced in USD.
Mirabella has a competitive advantage over the Aussie Nickel mines as they operate with lower labour costs in Brazil.
