I never said that customers should have to hope for good service. If those crew spoke like that amongst themselves, it says a lot about them, not the entire Cabin Crew of Qantas, my point exactly. You cannot put all workers in the same basket.
As for QAN staff being whingers, no doubt there are few. like some in ALL companies. The so called whingers that post here are not whinging in my opinion, they are pointing out a number of facts that many posters are not aware of as they do not work in the industry and it clearly shows.
DBL is a prime example, he has years of Engineering experience and yet many bag him simply because he is/was part of a union when he worked at QF, for over 20 years! I think he and others know a lot more than posters who have never ever been inside a hangar in their life!
