monark company has 3 million dollars approx in cash .
figuring there cost in project is 27 odd per cent they would have to spend around 10 million during next stages of clean up and testing to wipe out the cash .
they would be crazy to do c r at 3 cents when they have opportunity to wait for some results to flow before doing c r
unless they have b a confidence in this project . .
