Honestly - this is just wasted energy.

Announcements, BRR, etc - whatever - it will make an absolute ZERO dent in the fact that we're now at least 2 MONTHS off any flow results.

The question you have to ask is this:

If the resource is there - then who cares - just let it go - come back in a few months and she'll be there.

If you don't think thats the case - then you should asses your position and take action that suits.

Bottom line - management can't do a thing at this point because - to be blunt - the only thing that'll propel the SP is the results.

Anger, Frustration, etc - just wasted effort at this point - the damage is done.
