it will move again as soon as drilling starts on 1 of the big 3 projects. So at the moment its a case of waiting for them to run, or run elsewhere
unfortunately i will be dumb enough to hang about and average down, more from intrigue than a precise strategy! (ooooh, dont average down they say...)
