Things may not be looking too good for GPE right now, but it is clear the current prices are a direct result of the mortgagee selling. Surely they are not so stupid as to keep knocking it down from here?
The roll of any liquidator, or bankruptcy administrator, is to achieve as much as possible from the disposal of any assets...to keep selling now, would not be in the best interests of their client.
Still...a bad situation for shareholders, but not exactly inslovency in my opinion...well not just yet anyway.
