You don't seem to understand the complexity of the 'scalability' problem.
The BrainChip prototype has 144 "switches".
One human neuron has 1.5 million "switches" [100,000 times a many as a BrainChip.]
BrainChip may need to be scaled up by factor of billions [even trillions] to do useful work.
