All this weeks analyst coverage looks pretty bleak, I'm glad the conference call provided some clarity and positive interpretation of the study results.
Am I right in assuming SRX won't be promoting SIRT to first line treatment any time soon? I can see that there's plenty more upside in the salvage market and there may be an opportunity in the right-sided MCRC for first line treatment, but the missing of the primary end point of beating Sorafenib in every respect won't push the SP back to $40 in any hurry.
However I fancy the negative press has beaten SRX down too far once again. If we maintain our current 25% ROE and div payout ratio of ~30%, I get a value of $19. Even if we never increase our sales again, I don't see any downside at this price.
