IMO DDR is now oversold, showing a 10% fall since my last post (13% from its high) I think profit takers and panic sellers have driven this to now bargain levels. At $2.82 DDR is giving 5.8% (7.54%) based on the likely hood of previous years dividends with I guess a small potential upswing should a better than expected performance unveil. People will soon see that their investment has the potential to give $0.04cents ($0.052) in approximately <48days the bulls will return.
I am content with my parcel at $2.82
