On further review of the company balance sheet and revised earning guidance, believe we saw over correction of the company's SP, could be due to a number of factors including stop loss trigger, sell in May weakness.
- The company is debt free and cash in hand INCREASED during the quarter to 5.6M.
- EBITDA down to 3-3.3M from previously advised 4.7M does not warrant a 60% drop in SP.
- Appointment of subway director will direct this into its next phase of growth.
