Oh I forgot to mention that the AGS/Beverly operation, being majority owned by Beverly would be an extension of the current operation and there should be no problem with SA govt or federal liberals. I don't imagine i should be a problem with the ALP either as BHP are undertaking a far larger extension of Olympic Dam.
AGS may be the ONLY new Australian producer for some time if the green/left factions of the ALP rule the debate.
IMO April 27th is not a problem for AGS either way. Other hopeful near term miners that have run of late now seem overvalued compared to AGS given the extra political risk they face (PNN, MTN, SMM, CUY, CMR all affected, AGS not).
If three mine policy overturned then its game on for them all and time to accumulate as fast as possible.
