Seven years ago I did an analysis on TKG and the results were very interesting.
I suggest TKG investors look at the last seven years, how many shares have been issued to the directors for free or a strong discount. Then look at director selling and announcements.
A very interesting story unfolds.
By the way I noticed that two of the directors seven years ago are still there now.
Also just add up how many shares there are on issue or still outstanding if all options were to be converted and then consider the eps, nab etc based on the fundamentals.
