good work Orga - i think a fair call on the Pr of Supreme Court outcome.
Then that leaves the USPTO to resolve the patent which is an even harder one for Nucleonics so they're doing everything to keep it in the court.
BLT have seen off challengers before, not much indicating this'll be different.
and yeh - big birds are all waiting for the patent resolution then they'll pounce
