When that decision is reached and hopefully favourable to BLT, I agree, this will be a takeover because of the important and immense intellectual property they will be deemed as possessing, and I suspect to some degree, this is the plan of management. If and when this happens, and it is looking very probable in my opinion, just a matter of when, the current SP will be looked back on as a giveaway.
