Growth is obviously a relative status when considering stocks. Sure this will have "growth" and as a risk/return ration, it's growth may be well balanced, good exposure to infrastructure and mining sectors also. But relative to getting 10 time syour money within a few years, the growth is limited. Again, obviously a risk/reward ratio needs to be considered.
I hope you see my point.
