on a p/e basis it hasn't quite hit dirt cheap territory yet
but if it continues falling at this rate then taking the long term view its got to bounce back at some stage
put on a new leader and a new acquisition and presto
it'll be re ratted by the instos who have been busy putting sell recommendations on this 'small cap darling'?
