With only 27% participation rate in spp causing a 50% reduction in application of shares,it was never going to be a winner for the retail shareholder. Imagine if the share price had stayed in high 50's and participation rate was a lot higher. Bit of a joke really. Management offered spp just to placate some noisy troublemakers. Note that "they" did have the the right to accept oversubscriptions but didn't want our money. Thems the marbles!!
