If I'm reading my mail right, the Entitlement and Acceptance Form seems to suggest that we can overbid our entitlement (per section A, B, and C on the card).
Wouldn't it be nice if the insto investors (and I use the term 'investors' very loosely) didnt end up with a bunch of stock that they would later dump.
