oversubscription

Hi all,

Does any informed fellow-shareholders of AVX what might happen in the case of oversubscription?

I know para 9 of the SPP Booklet refers to a $3m cap that that Avexa may scale back applications if applications exceed $3m.

I was just wondering if there would be any possibility of Avexa issue more than $3m under the SPP (even though the SPP booklet does not say that it would).

I'm interested in acquiring more AVX shares but don't think that I will get the max $15k worth if the $3m cap is observed.
