Jules,
I have read that before. Google Boone Pickens and CNG. To improve America's terms of trade they are looking at using natural gas instead of oil for their fuel needs. In terms of energy content, the gas price is undervalued compared to oil. Of course we will all know when that happens as the price of gas will increase.
