Mate I seriously don’t know myself. No-one asks for them, don’t know how you earn them, there’s no information on them and when you ask management about them they tell you that the membership decides.
Don't read too much into them just take every poster on face value. If you are at all streetwise, then you can tell in 5 minutes whether a poster adds value or not to this place.
Think it might be all under a cloak of secrecy!
