... sorry to correct you, but our correction of Sep-Oct 2014 was attributed to marked AUD:USD depreciation, which forced foreign institutions to repatriate funds.
A falling AUD:USD, as anticipated by macroeconomic and historical trends, is less (not more) inviting to foreign investment. Conversely, a falling AUD:USD is the very reason why Australian portfolios, which are orientated towards USD earners, will continue to outperform (in the current environment).
