I think we're just seeing the expected buying pressure from index and super funds trying to rebalance their portfolios. They waited for all the fuss to die down.
This early in the story, SP fluctuations are not based on fundamentals anyway. We have no new information that we didn't have at IPO time. Whether the SP in the medium term rises or falls depends on the ability of MPL to meet the goals set out in its IPO.
