it sounds from WB that this project is much more advanced than the public is led to believe - which is reassuring really
but it does fit with the timeline of the WB blocks which were spotted at FBR HQ sometime ago,
also fits the picture that FBR and WB are a little more 'chummy' than we think
all we need is the public announcements of a closed JV deal to drop...
