So Awoonga you believe that by triggering the finance late the construction and subsequent production of Stage 1 will be late.

I would argue that with the critical pieces of equipment already ordered and the design of the plant being well under way if not already in the final stages of delivery any delays should be minimal. This is purely as I am hoping that the project manager AVB has would have done what all good project managers do and built in a serious amount of fat to his or her time frame.

You have to remember as well is that all we would see is a delay in the revenue, we are not losing any of the copper in ground and may even get a better price for it selling later in the year. So for those who have been waiting years to see AVB take off, what is a few extra months.
