Understood & appreciate that possible development its most definately outside my expertise.
However you are "possibly" assuming they have done nothing & will continue to do nothing untill such time as the FML is approved.
On the ground however there may well be things a foot & progress still going on without our knowledge.
At this time we dont have an accurate list of Equipment that has perhaps already arrived.
Likewise we dont know if said equipment is being assembled & used.
Infact at this time we know SFA and feel like mushrooms in the dark wilderness in the depths of our over imaginative minds looking for something rather than waiting for it.... I dont like to wait!
Does anyone have access to a Satellite we can borrow to take a few pictures?
