i personally have a 3rd-4th quarter production commencement target.
however if u look at the bell potter broker report page 8 (available on avb website date march 2014), you will see that avb intends to relocate a second hand plant and has secured an option over a 400ktpa one.
perhaps this is why they are more optimistic about the start date as they are not building from scratch.
