IMO, the FML will come. The reasons for staying with the initial conditions for the $12 million is something to ask at the AGM.
But a recently announced development probably has a more critical effect on the timing of the draw down of the senior debt which is the "critical project milestone". This is Votorantim's syndication process for the remaining $28 million.
How this come about is another question for the AGM.
In practical terms, the FML on it's own won't give us the money until the bank has got a taker for the remaining $28 million.
As far as I'm concerned the timing of the draw down is now completely out of hands. IMO, the probability of finally getting the money is very high but the timing is unknown.
