    thats ok all im saying is u can only vote on ur shareholding which will never hold weght compared to directors indirect or direct holdings..the consolidation will go ahead and the reason they want this is to raise more cash..inflationary in my opinion given gda management..anyhow like u said its ur money lol..cheers
