In my experience it's not a good thing to think about 5-6 years down the track because things change, things maybe don't eventuate, people sell out and move on, market crashes etc etc.
It is a very big mistake to be thinking about 5 years down the track as it would only be seen as a ramp.
I'd be thinking more about 1-2 years out at the max if I were you.
