Your first post re ORD would be impressive.
But now you seems to be more subjective and biased.

The potential new shareholders of SARCO following the IPO of $180m-$200m, they would HOLD 30% of Post-IPO SARCO.

The shareholders paid $180m-$200m for the following consideration:

- 30% of the Laos Project with current JORC indicated resource 130Mt with potential (between 130Mt and 2,000Mt)

NOT JUST INITIAL 600,000T PRODUCTION.

SARCO may need to do further capital raising to expand the initial production, they may can borrow money from Chinese banks or from NFC. You never know. It is quite easy to borrow from China than here as long as you have huge resource.
