i will do the numbers to show why iam a little concerned.
happy for anyone to pick it to threads.
lets forget about the gas for the time being ok.
and lets use the 321 barrels.
321 x say $50 per barrel
= $16,000 per day x 365 = $5.8mil per year.
lets use agentm's $16mil per well x 20% cost = $3.2mil
$5.8mil per year revenue x 14% NRI = $812,000 net to ADI
so the way i see it its going to take adi 4 years to pay for the kow well.
the question is- it maybe commercial but is it economical
at $3.2mil a pop. ???
