@danhoff, love your work, attention to detail is second to non, wish I could offer more meaningful opinion, but I'm still catching up to speed on this company.

First came across it when I saw the PEA takeover and it perked my interest, I was a long and big time follower of Energy Developments and this company immediately draw in my attention.
It's a pretty boring an unexciting company that has potential to be a massive cash generating machine. It's a flywheel in the process I think (if you follow the author Jim Collins).

How did you get involved or know of this stock? Is it an area you have personal professional experience (for my future disclosure, I don't have much inside knowledge to this sort of business except from past research into EDL)

On my part I'm probably going to wait for coming results before buying (or not). Unless Mr Market give me an "opportunity I just cannot turn away"
It would be very nice if it started paying dividends, but I gather from your and other chatter on this group that it might be some years away?
