the quarterly is an ASX prequisite for listing on the exchange. It's an overview of what/how the company is physically and financially doing/going. Any individual changes must have their own separate announcements, not buried in the quarterly.
Company's will be suspended from the exchange until they put in their quarterly's after the due date.
