Seriously now, it is fine to live in hope. But to achieve a SP of $1.50 would suggest some very large profit numbers, in the region of $300/400 millions.
This would need phase 1 and 2 work pretty much at full blast, no production issues, no maintenance down time, $15 per KG COP, and 100% product sold at above Chinese domestic prices.
Wish you well, but just don't see it with the current metrics.
Using my wish list above I'd estimate a SP of about 50 - 80c.
