the doctor said in the announcement the therapy could save 35 of every 100 that died.
those numbers seem pretty close to that.
30 day mortality rate in that slide is 16.7 / 100 people. 5.1% increase means 5.1 of the 16.7 survive which is a touch over 30%.
arguing over the fact they save 30.5 vs 35 is silly, it's saving people.
