I see my maths was wrong last night.
100-73.3 = 26.7 people die per 100 in the trial
if 5.1 people in 26.7 now live that is a 20% improvement on survival.
FWIW we did not save ~80% in our 12 person group, soc does not have 100% mortality so a % would have lived anyway so its only an improvement on how many people should have died based on the standard of care figures.
